Mitch Parker is a full-time real estate investor, contributing writer and founder of MP Private Capital.

Mitch has been investing and helping others invest in real estate for the last 6 years.  After he completed post-secondary education in Business with a specialization in Finance, he decided to pursue his passion for construction and renovations which ultimately led to his discovery of real estate.  He realized very quickly that not only could real estate be a method to combine both his education and acquired skills, but that it could also be a great way to earn a living.

Over the years, Mitch has had the opportunity to own income properties, work on houses that were flipped, put together lease-to-own deals for both tenants and investors, and participate in numerous hands-off investments where he acted as the lender to various parties that needed capital.

Throughout the journey, he learned that most investors were frustrated with below average returns, lack of public education, and paying high fees every year even when their portfolio wasn’t performing.  He started MP Private Capital, a company which works to both educate and align investors, from small to institutional size, with stable and secure real estate development investment opportunities.

Working only with established and credible developers, offering consistent, above average returns, RRSP, LIRA, RIF,TFSA, HELOC, and RESP eligibility, and never any management fees or expenses have helped MP Private Capital attract many investors that are tired of the roller coaster and inconsistency offered in traditional products.

When not thinking real estate, Mitch’s passions include fitness, cars, and spending time in one of his favourite cities, Miami.
